Based on the principle of diaphragm-type air springs, elastic support is achieved by utilizing the compressibility of air. By filling in air with different pressures, the stiffness and height of the spring can be adjusted to meet different load and vibration isolation requirements. When there is a need for leveling, the mechanical-pneumatic or electro-pneumatic self-regulating liquid level control device can be used to adjust the air pressure according to the feedback of the equipment's horizontal state, achieving automatic leveling.
There are various models, such as SLM - 1A, SLM - 3A, SLM - 6A, SLM - 12A, SLM - 24A, etc. Different models vary in aspects such as size and maximum load. For example, for the SLM - 12B model, the diameter is 170mm, the height is 90±6mm, and the maximum load is 6.0kN.

- Excellent Vibration Isolation Performance: It has a low natural frequency, usually between 3 - 5Hz under static conditions and 8Hz when there is no pressure, which can effectively isolate low-frequency vibrations. The vertical and horizontal stiffness is approximately 1:1, providing a relatively consistent vibration isolation effect in all directions. It can achieve 96% vertical isolation and 98% horizontal isolation (at 10Hz).
