The KE series is a wedge-shaped element for machine bearings that does not require elastic installation, mainly used for measuring equipment and machines that require special stability. It is in the shape of a wedge shoe, with fixing screws on the side, featuring fine threads, an anti-slip or damping coating, and there are 6 sizes available. It can be installed without anchoring.

It is used for positioning/leveling fixation and comes with a damping coating for active/passive isolation. The maximum load range is 15–150 kN. According to the damping coating, the natural frequency (static) is >15 Hz. It is suitable for machines with or without installation options that require a particularly rigid installation.

The element body is made of cast iron or Cermalan®, and the metal surface is painted yellow. The coating is made of a highly elastic elastomer, which is oil-resistant and not prone to aging. The leveling screws are of grade 8.8 and galvanized. The maximum leveling range is 7–20mm. Elements with a single-sided coating can be fixed with bolts; elements without a coating can be penetrated by bolts.

It is suitable for the installation of equipment with high requirements for stability, such as measuring devices. It can be used as a wedge-shaped pad on a workbench or in a complete production center, providing stable support for related equipment and ensuring the accuracy and stability of the equipment.
