Based on the principle of diaphragm-type air springs, vibration isolation is achieved by using ADS air springs. The horizontal state of the tabletop is monitored in real time through a non-contact Hall effect position sensor, and the electronically controlled valve automatically adjusts the levelness according to the feedback from the sensor. When the vibration frequency is below 10Hz, the vibration isolation efficiency is ≥95%. The working pressure ranges from 0.2 to 0.6MPa.

- Intelligent Control Software: Connected via USB or Bluetooth, it has functions such as horizontal monitoring and automatic leveling. It can achieve self-diagnosis and air pressure leakage monitoring, customize the adjustment of the horizontal height, and also has functions like troubleshooting, calibration record-keeping, and remote maintenance.
