The COIN read head integrates an optical zero point and advanced optical filtering functions. Combined with its unique flat optical structure, the overall thickness of the read head is only 6.1 mm, while still boasting excellent dynamic performance. The functions of automatic gain, automatic balance, and automatic deviation correction ensure that the COIN read head can maintain stable signals and low subdivision errors even when the grating scale is contaminated or there are significant installation deviations.

The ultra-thin read head has the functions of a subdivision box integrated inside, eliminating the need for an external one. This makes the installation easier and saves space. The installation tolerance of ±0.08 mm in position reduces the difficulty of use.

The COIN read head supports the latest L-InSight function of Banyan Optics. With the help of a dedicated and powerful PC software, users can more conveniently monitor the working status of the COIN read head. The COIN read head supports two types of scale media: steel tapes and circular code discs.
