Product Introduction
The series of products mainly consists of incremental read heads. It is compatible with the RXS series steel tape gratings of LAMOTION and can also be used in conjunction with the RUS 20μm incremental gratings (without optical zero REF) to form a grating system together.
Technical Features:
Optical Zero Detection Technology: It is equipped with an advanced optical zero sensor, featuring high-precision zero detection and excellent repeat positioning accuracy. Moreover, the zero detection is not affected by magnetic fields, resulting in more stable performance.
Single-Field Scanning Technology: It adopts a large-area single-field scanning technology with zero detection. The light emitted by the light source is adjusted into a parallel beam by the lens, passes through the grating window, and shines on the grating scale. After reflection, it forms bright and dark stripes, which are then received by the sensor. This technology has strong anti-pollution ability. Even if the grating scale is contaminated with dust, ink, scratches, etc., the measurement accuracy is only affected by a few dozen nanometers, and the signal is not easily distorted.
Automatic Control Technology: It has automatic gain control and automatic deviation correction technologies. When the distance between the read head and the grating scale changes, the automatic gain control technology can keep the signal amplitude stable, ensuring the output accuracy. The automatic deviation correction technology can reduce the electronic subdivision error and improve the measurement accuracy.
